TERMS OF SERVICE
I am allowed to reject any commission I am uncomfortable with or do not approve of.
Any low-balling of any kind will not be tolerated, and you will be blacklisted.
When commissioning NSFW, proof of age [18+] must be shown if requested.
By commissioning me for adult content, you are legally stating that you are 18 or older.
Commissioner must provide a clear reference sheet or an amount of images of the character. If not able, the commissioner will be charged more for working off of description.
Any artwork done by me, I will have permission to use for advertisement on any media I choose, unless the commissioner of the artwork requested otherwise.
PAYMENT
Any payment must be upfront before any progress is made on the artwork.
Payments must be in USD or NZD
All payments should be paid through Paypal, unless you with a NZ Bank.
Payment plans are allowed for higher cost commissions. At least 50% must be upfront.
REFUNDS
50% refunds are available during Sketched/Lineart.
No refunds during Color/Shading.
No refunds on finished work or claimed YCH.
USAGE
Commissioner can use my artwork for non-commercial purposes.
Artwork may be used for media as long as there is crediting.
Any artwork done cannot be edited unless permission was given. Please ask if you wish to edit [EG: Color in lineart commission]. Does not apply to bases, but under no circumstances are you allowed to edit my signature/watermark off.
ADOPTS
Purchasing an adoptable character, you will not be allowed to resell them for a higher price of the original price you purchased them at, unless the said adopt has more artwork created for them after purchasing.
Redesign of an adoptable is allowed as long as credit is given to me as the original designer.
OTHER
May work up to 2 months max on commissions unless my current situation at the time changes.
Mutuals may commission me at any given time, even when commissions are closed. Unless I say otherwise.
No copying/tracing of any of my artwork, even if commissioned.
Any small changes to the artwork will be changed for free. Big changes may result in an extra charge.
I enjoy a bit of artistic freedom, try not to be too specific.
I DO NOT work well with very picky commissioners (This means editing multiples small things eg. Leg needs to be 1cm smaller etc)
Cannot accept commissions from commissioners that I cannot understand. You must at least speak conversational English.
